Korean Kimchi Carbonara

Preparation

  1. Sauté garlic in butter, add the Mentaiko.
  2. Mix together Arla Whipping Cream, UHT Full Cream Milk and Cream Cheese. Add to the Mentaiko
  3. Simmer this mixture, add the lemon juice and salt. Simmer and adjust taste.
  4. Quickly toss the spaghetti in the sauce
  5. Top with Nori, Furikake, Arla Havarti Chips, and Chili oil
  6. Serve Immediately
