Mozzarella Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

Mozzarella Stuffed Meat Balls

Macaroni and Cheese Sauce

 

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients for meatballs except for the Mozzarella. Make 12 balls.
  2. Insert each piece of Mozzarella cube in the ball.
  3. Pour the oil in a skillet, sear the meatball on both sides just until it browns. Set aside.
  4. In the same oil, sauté onions , add mustard , paprika and broth. Let this simmer.
  5. Add the Arla Whipping cream, cheddar and Mozzarella. Simmer and adjust taste.
  6. In an 8x8 dish, layer half of the cooked macaroni with the sauce.
  7. Add another half and the remaining sauce.
  8. Top with 50 grams Arla Cheddar and Mozzarella.
  9. Put the meatballs on top and bake at 350F for 30 min.
