To do so, we need the best talent to join us. Talents who have an innovative mindset, who strives to develop in a global high-performance, collaborative environment and who are looking to drive and deliver on our ambitious growth agenda.
About: Arla Cooking Challenge is an event where a limited number of students and professionals are invited to cook together with representatives from Arla's senior management, talk career and at the same time get a unique opportunity for professional networking.
Just as we want to get to know the person behind the CV, we also want to give talents an opportunity to get to know our business. Passion for cooking is everywhere at Arla. Food is our trade and cooking is a natural part of our business. So what better way to get to know each other than through cooking together?
How: The talents applied or were nominated to the competition by sending in their favorite recipe with dairy products with attachment of their CV and motivation for participating in the competition.
At the day of the competition the talents were paired up with an Arla representative and together the teams had 45 minutes to create gastronomical magic based on the submitted recipes. Their dishes were evaluated by a jury of specialists from both Arla's test kitchen and other renowned chefs. The cooking challenge was followed by dinner and mingling. And last, but not least the jury announced the winning team based on criteria such as teamwork, engagement and final result.
The winning finalist was invited to a lunch with a highly appointed manager at Arla within the area of interest. A further opportunity to discuss career, future plans and get to know Arla better. The winning recipe will be posted on arla.se/recept.
