- Pancake Mix - 200 grams
 
- Water - 1/2 cup
 
- Egg - 1 piece
 
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
 
 
- Coat
- ARLA PRO Mozzarella
 
- Sausage - 1 piece
 
- Japanese Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
 
- Crushed Instant Noodles - 1/2 cup
 
 
- Toppings & Garnish
- Oil for frying
 
- Ketchup
 
- ARLA Cheesy Spread
 
- ARLA Cheesy Spread + Ketchup Mix
 
- Togarashi
 
- Nori
 
 
Procedure:
- Mix the ingredients for the batter mix.
 
- Skewer blocks of ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese or combination of sausage and ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese.
 
- Freeze for 1 hour.
 
- Dip frozen sausage & ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese in batter then press the breadcrumbs and instant noodle mix.
 
- Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes while heating the oil to 325° Celcius.
 
- Deep fry and drain.
 
- Add desired toppings.
