Korean Corn Dog

Ingredients

  • Batter Mix
    • Pancake Mix - 200 grams
    • Water - 1/2 cup
    • Egg - 1 piece
    • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Coat
    • ARLA PRO Mozzarella
    • Sausage - 1 piece
    • Japanese Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
    • Crushed Instant Noodles - 1/2 cup
  • Toppings & Garnish
    • Oil for frying
    • Ketchup
    • ARLA Cheesy Spread
    • ARLA Cheesy Spread + Ketchup Mix
    • Togarashi
    • Nori

Procedure:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the batter mix.
  2. Skewer blocks of ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese or combination of sausage and ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Dip frozen sausage & ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese in batter then press the breadcrumbs and instant noodle mix.
  5. Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes while heating the oil to 325° Celcius.
  6. Deep fry and drain.
  7. Add desired toppings.
