Cream Cheese


with rucola and Arla Herbs & Spices Cream Cheese


Serves 1
Half whole-wheat flutes 
50g Arla Herbs & Spices Fresh Cheese
1 hardboiled eggs 
12g pickled red onions (sliced)
25g pickled cucumber 
Washed rucola salad
Salt and freshly ground pepper


  • Heat your oven to its maximum temperature on the grill function
  • Slide the zucchini (or, alternatively, slice your bell pepper into big chunks). Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and season ith salt and pepper.
  • Grill the vegetables for approx. 5 minutes in the oven. Leave shortly to cool a bit once done.
  • Spread Cream Cheese on the rye bread slices, top one slice with the vegetables and ham and add the second slice on top
